1994
Foundation of the Sochor Polishing & Welding company by Anna and Guenther Sochor.
1999
5-year company anniversary. The company has succeeded in building up a continuously growing customer base. The intensive cooperation with an engineering firm also establishes great successes in the field of high-end vehicle parts and other valuable components as well as art objects.
2000
In September after turn of the millennium, the first, simple website of the Sochor company goes online.
2004
10-year company anniversary. The companies customer base has expanded significantly, mainly through word-of-mouth advertising. The outstanding quality has gotten around. The company has established itself excellently.
2007
Gabriele Sochor-Hummel, daughter of the founding couple, gives up her own, over decades successfully run company and joins the Sochor Polishing & Welding company in preparation for the generation change. She is responsible for the back office and several projects.
2012
2014
20-year company anniversary. The company is thriving and serving many long-standing regular customers, as well as new customers who increasingly come from abroad.
2014
Bruno Sochor, son of the founding couple, closes his own polishing company and joins the Sochor Polishing & Welding company in preparation for the generation change. He assumes responsibility for the production area and the development of new procedures.
2016
In the last quarter of 2016 update and standardization of the entire IT software environment.
2019
At the beginning of the year, the new Internet presence, completely redesigned and modernized, including social networks such as Facebook and Twitter, goes online in English and German language.
2019
25-year company anniversary. The company has flourished for a quarter of a century and is a well-known, reliable, and important partner for many national and international clients.
